Construction
Structurally, the module is made in a plastic case with a degree of protection IP63.
The plastic of the module is resistant to UV radiation, temperature changes from -45 to +65°C.
The controller is a complete device that can be installed in an existing control cabinet, or supplied as part of new equipment.
Functionality
The DC 100 controller is a compact PLC for modular systems.
In addition to network interfaces and fieldbus interfaces, the controller supports all discrete, analog and special modules over RS485 and Ethernet.
The Ethernet interface, as well as an integrated GSM modem, provide the possibility of embedding into the network topology.
The DigiCity web cloud provides the user with the ability to perform configuration with simultaneous display of DC100 status information.
In addition to the manufacturing industry and automation of engineering systems of buildings, typical areas of application for it are machine production and equipment management (for example, thermal points, local treatment facilities, packaging lines, bottling, technological systems, textile production, metal and wood processing equipment).
